Meet Our Team
At Belinay Early Learning Centre, our staff have been meticulously chosen to align with our core values of care, respect, enthusiasm, excellence, growth, and engagement. Each member of our team is highly qualified to international standards and brings extensive experience from international nursery settings. Our main language of instruction is English, and through our language programs, we intertwine French and Arabic, captivating students with a rich tapestry of additional languages represented by our international student body on a daily basis.
At Belinay Nursery, we pride ourselves on the high calibre of our team. Our staff hold recognised qualifications, including CACHE from minimum level 2 up to level 5 as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Studies; all are registered with KHDA.
To ensure the highest level of care, every staff member undergoes a rigorous induction and training program designed to uphold our commitment to excellence. Beyond their impressive qualifications, we have handpicked individuals for their nurturing and empathetic personalities, as well as their exceptional communication skills.
