Nursery Teacher – Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum

Belinay Early Learning Centre, Dubai follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and we are very passionate about nurturing each child’s unique potential, fostering creativity, and creating a warm, engaging environment where every little learner feels valued and loved. At our nursery, we firmly believe that happy teachers and team, fosters the happiness of our students and families.
We are excited to welcome an Early Years Practitioner – Teacher to our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for providing high quality of education and learning abiding by the academic and quality expectations.
- To carry out duties with a customer focused attitude, providing excellent customer service with a proactive work ethic.
- To fulfil duties as a class teacher.
- To oversee day-to-day operation of the classroom; including maintaining a harmonious and efficient work environment, ensuring breaks are taken at appropriate times, daily schedule is followed, etc.
- To take the lead with classroom Curriculum – Planning, Implementation and Evaluation, ensures lesson plans, curriculum plans, supply requests, etc., are completed on time.
- To assist in the maintenance of appropriate standards for children's discipline and behaviour standards using non-punitive methods.
- To work with team in determining courses for professional development.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
Education : Bachelor’s (Preferred)
License/Certification : Cache 3 level certification (Preferred)
- Experience as an early years’ practitioner - preferably EYFS curriculum.
- Be creative and have a good imagination.
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy being with young children.
- Willing to learn and adapt to provide the best practice.
- Be a team player.
- Willing to learn.
